New Year is a comin’!

I’m really excited for the new year.  I am resolving to be more focused on what I want and what I need to accomplish.  Working hard is not new to me, but being aggressive about moving forward is something I need to harness.  I get the note in improv a lot that I’m just too “polite” and I’m ready to make bold moves that move the scene and life forward.  I’m confident in my abilities and ideas, I just need to make sure that comes across.

I want to eat healthier and exercise.  Fortunately, my metabolism is really high and has been that way for a really long time, so it’s not about weight loss, it’s about feeling better and increasing heart health.  I get winded from running up stairs!  It’s just not acceptable.

Also, I have a few exciting projects coming up and I’m finally getting back into the swing of performing fairly regularly.  Or at least for the month of January.  I have three shows scheduled as of right now!  Two with Creative Differences and one with a new team, Johnny Velvet and the Moonbeams.

Anyway, I am hopeful.  As with everyone else, the new year means a chance at a new beginning.

Let’s get it done!

P.S.  Happy New Year’s Eve!  If you haven’t seen the Doomsday New Year’s video I was in and edited, please check it out!  Tis the season!
